First remove the screws under and inside the wheel wells.
Next the side marker light housing is only held down by 2 bolts and 1 pin for each side.
Lift straight up.
Next the 4 bolts in the cavities under the marker light housings are a little difficult to remove but
not impossible.
Next the 9 plastic push locks, as I call them, can be removed by prying the center plastic
pin up with a screwdriver only part of the way and then the whole push lock can be removed.
Pull straight off.

There is another connector on this side too that seems to not be used for anything.
It is also grey.
